The Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘University Red’ will return in 2016 from Nike Sportswear. A similar pair released back in 2002, but there is one big change here.
Instead of using ‘Varsity Red’, Nike went with University Red through the Foamposite shell which ultimately looks the same. Black detailing can be seen running through the sole, carbon fiber, tongue and laces. Now the biggest change is the addition of black leather which is placed on the eyestays which is traditionally nubuck.
