Tom Yoo has rendered countless sneakers in LEGO, offering up brick-constructed takes on everything from the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” and Air Jordan 6 “Carmine” to the Nike MAG and Air Max 90 “Infrared” in recent months. Now Yoo is taking on one of those most popular sneakers of the past few months: the “Pirate Black” edition of the Yeezy Boost 350. Faithfully recreated right down to the striped heel pull, the design follows the LEGO-constructed Air Yeezy 2 “Red October” and is not only Yoo’s first adidas piece, but also his biggest sculpture to date: the shoe measures nearly two feet long and is made up of nearly 3,000 bricks.

Let us know how this compares to previous LEGO-crafted sneakers and head on over to tomyoo23.com for a look at more of Yoo’s creations.
