Boston retailer, Bodega links up with Filling Pieces to bring us a special rendition of the Mountain Cut. Said to be inspired by Chinese design, let’s get a closer look at the Bodega x Filling Pieces Mountain Cut Ceramic Blue.
The Mountain Cut sneaker is called the Ceramic Blue and one look at the shoe and it’s easy to see why. The shoe’s entire upper mimics the look and aesthetics of the traditional porcelain ware. The same/similar print you find on the porcelain ware is placed on the upper as a blue and white colorway take care of the entire shoe. Continuing the theme of the shoe is the white sole and blue laces. Gun metal is used on the eyelets to complete the look of the shoe. Slated to release at Bodega’s online store on May 7th, you will be able to pick up a pair for $250. Hot or not? Sound off below.

Author’s Take
Its a clean looking shoe. I’ve never owned a pair of Filling Pieces sneakers, but the more I see them, the more I like them.
