New from legendary sneaker brand PUMA comes its latest partnership with Crossover, a humble sneaker shop located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia whose past collabs included Diemme and Reebok. The new release, which heralds Crossover’s belief towards individualism and originality, gives the Blaze of Glory silhouette a bevy of color under the nickname “Roses.” A predominantly grey upper sock is accented with a black leather toe wrap/rear heel combo and a clean white midsole, while hits of turquoise and rich red/pink splash around the outer. Lastly, the shop’s motto “Be Reasonable” and “Demand Impossible” adorn the heel pulls. Crossover’s motivation is said to represent the stereotype of “The American Dream” vision in movies of a suburban white picket fenced home with a clear sky above and roses in the front yard.
Check out the preliminary sketches along with the gallery photos above and pick up “Roses” — one of two in the “Velvet Twin Pack — on April 23 over at Hanon.
