Brendon Babenzien’s NOAH label has unveiled a three-piece collaboration with storied British shoemaker George Cox. Founded in 1906, the latter’s distinctive brothel creeper shoe became the uniform du jour of the punk and rock movements, associated with the likes of the Teddy Boys, Vivienne Westwood and Sid Vicious. Here, George Cox’s Popboy silhouette has been reinterpreted by NOAH in soft pastel hues and mounted onto a classic crepe sole, while featuring the same Goodyear welt construction as the shoemaker’s other silhouettes. Pick up these limited edition shoes online and in-store for $298 USD from April 21 onwards.
