The New Balance 577 is introduced in two new variations with this first part of the “English Tender” pack for Spring 2016.
Essentially representing the £50 and £100 British pound notes respectively for its distinctive palette, one pair features a prominent purple finish, while the other is treated in vibrant red.
Complemented with a white/black sole unit, the models are constructed at the brand’s Flimby factory in the U.K., which further solidifies its quality construction and tribute to the country.
Finished off with the title of the pack on a custom insole and the distinctive £ sign on the tongue, you can find these pairs at select New Balance retailers overseas now.
I’m a fan of the silhouette overall and the theme and execution on the pairs are nicely done. Out of the two, I’d have to side with red pair. Both are great options though.
